With a covering: Thoroughly cleanse the affected area. Apply 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Cover with poultice paper or quilts then standing bandage. 12-24 hours later remove coverings and thoroughly wash the affected area with cold water. Repeat as necessary.
Without a covering: Thoroughly cleanse the affected area. Apply 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. After desired period thoroughly wash the affected area with cold water. Repeat as necessary.
For Use as a Hoof Packing: Thoroughly clean the bottom of the hoof. Apply to the bottom of the hoof and cover with kraft paper, a hoof wrap, or hoof boot. 24 hours later remove covering, thoroughly clean the affected area and reapply as necessary.
