Saddle Trial Agreement for San Diego Saddlery

1. San Diego Saddlery offers a three-day local, or 5-day mailed saddle trial period for saddles. Full payment must be made before the saddle goes on trial.  Saddles must be returned by the end of business on the return date in its original condition for a refund.  Buyer is responsible for the saddle while under their care.
2. San Diego Saddlery offers no warranties for either used or new saddles, although new saddles may be under manufacturer’s warranty.
3. Consignment saddles are not the property of San Diego Saddlery and are sold “as is.” Buyer understands that they are buying a used item.  San Diego Saddlery is not responsible for the item once it leaves our store.  It is upon the buyer to have knowledge of the item, its use, and application.  By signing this agreement, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this.
4. All returned saddle purchased with a credit or debit card will be charged a 3% restocking fee to cover the charge card fees. Cash purchases will be refunded in full.

Unreturned loaner items will be charged a $25 fee.

If the saddle is not returned by the end of the trial period, the Buyer understands their credit card will be charged and/or their cash payment will be deposited and the sale will be final.  San Diego Saddlery must authorize any time extension.
